The Gorilla from the mist.

So Close...
Greipel pipped Sagan with Cancellara in third, to win stage 2.

At times rain mixed with crosswinds and hazardous road furniture made for an exciting stage 2 finish in Zelande. Andre Greipel put himself on the sprinter's scoresheet timing his sprint to perfection. Also, huge props go to Spartacus for taking 4 second bonus finishing ahead of Cavendish and stole the yellow jersey from Tony Martin. The Etix squad squander their potential pay day big time. Bad day for Qunintana and Nibali left behind over two minutes adrift. A much better day for Froome, Contador and outside favorite van Garderen finished with or close to the lead group.

Tomorrow will be the Belgium Classic finish on the Muy du Huy. It probably won't change the Fab four's GC standings too much but, still an exciting stage awaits. Again, my pick is Dan Martin for the stage win.

If I could have one TT bike, it would be this French beauty...
