1-2 PUNCH!

Now that the 'race of the two seas' is well under way, I'm excited to see how well Garmin-Cervelo is riding.

Tyler, just follow the God of Thunder...

A strong team is in Italy for one of the most spectacular stage races on the calendar. Most hopefuls are here as the tune up race before the big monument... Milan SanRemo.

Today's stage 2 was rev'ed up by the the God of Thunder (avec rainbow jersey) driving the Garmin attack as super lead out man for Tyler Farrar. Clearly, Garmin-Cervelo has a powerful & feared 1-2 punch in Hushovd & Farrar.

And the newly formed squad has benefited from the merger, and dangerous as they are the big classics are soon. It's amazing how this team emerged starting out as a squad to challenge the top teams to a mega top squad. There's plenty of fire power in the team to wrestle a big classic race. But first, with Farrar as the new race leader, they cannot be counted out for the overall victory!
