Recently, I was contacted for information concerning this Mike Mulholand Cyclops track bike, specifically who is D. Richards, the rider that the bike was made for. Can someone tell me who D. Richards is? He may have rode during the Pan Am Games in the eighties thru nineties.
I'm stumped... perhaps someone has the answer?
