A competent win for Rambo.
Stage 1 Liege to Seraing:
198 kms today, including five 4th category climbs was tailor made for Philippe Gilbert, a very Liege-Bastogne-Liegesqe stage. Peter Sagan got on the right train, the Cancellara train, and followed his attack with 500 metres to go up the cote de Seraing. Sagan zipped around Cancellara to easily take his first Tour stage, and what about Gilbert he beat the chasing peloton for fourth!
Tomorrow's stage 2 Vise-Tournai is a flat stage, 208 kms perfect for the sprinters: my prediction Marcel Kittel will give his Argos-Shimano Pro Conti team it's first Tour stage win!
