Friday File: Backstage Pass: Canadian Edition - Meier & Tuft, Gorilla Power, Road Holland's Simple Question & Say Cheese to On-Bike Cameras

I'm following our two hardworking Canadians in the Tour: Christian Meier and Svein Tuft. Thanks to Backstage Pass for there is plenty of focus on them and some hijinks too...

Stage 6, Arras-Reims:

Plenty of crosswinds, fallen riders and I admire Andre the Gorilla Greipel redeeming Lotto Belisol's early jitters with a first stage win. Even without lead out man, Greg Henderson the team is riding well. Jurgen Van Den Broeck, the rider who did a face plant on the infamous pavé stage 5, is currently sitting nicely in sixth place overall.

Without question, team morale is there for Lotto Belisol.

I'm a huge supporter of Road Holland, makers of fine cycling attire. Here's co-owner, Jonathan on fact finding mission in Palm Beach Florida asking the innocent question, 'What do you think about the Tour?' The reactions from folks are quite surprising!

And, yes Jonathan is proudly sporting the custom cap made by Red Dots Cycling!
Brim up or down? - I like both!

I'm a big fan of the on board cameras making big splash this year. I first saw the video of the Tour de Suisse and now, on stage 5. Cannondale and Trek Racing take you where, at one point in time, was not possible. Watch it here.

Shimano's On-Bike cameras...

And, you thought Andre Greipel can only sprint?...
