Friday File: Muck n' Roll, morning cyclocross, John Lennon & the new Flahute cycling cap

Just follow the muddy trail.

Road season ends, for me, Sunday with Paris Tours. I do plan to watch the 109th edition with the prospect of a final gallop for the sprinters. Can the French  re-capture past glory? I'm picking Nacer Bouhanni along with his sprinting talent to uphold French honor and take it.

As road season ends cyclocross is on with various events of the muddy kind. I'm planning to spend this Saturday with my FRFuggitivi brethren in New Westminster...

Weather report calls for rain so a muddy good time will be had by fans and riders alike.

Ride Hard!

As the northern hemisphere will turn towards winter...

Too hot to race? I think so.
Reportedly it reached an unreal 45C on stage 1, Abu Dhabi Tour.

John Lennon would be 75 years old today...

Waiting for their cue:
