Friday File opens with former number 1 cyclist, Sean Kelly having a mishap on a descent in Spain with a wild pig. DS Kurt Bogaerts of the An Post-Chain Reaction Cycles team tweeted Sean Kelly's incident with pictures. By the sequence of events he seems to be relatively unscathed... King Kelly still made his descending skills felt at the expense of the wild pig.

I've been riding my new turbo trainer and really enjoying it. I'll have a review upcoming but on today's training session I enjoyed it more discovering, for the first time, the fantastic documentary from Bicycle: The Green Machine (1989).
