With Paris-Roubaix and Amstel Gold canceled, if there ever was a classics savior due to Covid-19, it is Sunday's 104th men's edition of Belgium's biggest bike race... Tour of Flanders. It will be the final Monument of this season with changes.
Fans will be not allowed at the courses popular spots, start in Antwerp, the finis in Oudenaarde, the Oude Kwaremont, the Paterberg, the Koppenberg. Even the famous Muur van Geraadsbergen is omitted. And the race has been shortened down to 241 km, still plenty for a long and hard race.
The Vuelta Espana will be held from 10/20 to 11/8. The organizer has decided to ban all public from the climbs and urges the public to stay home.
