2022 world time trailing champion, Tobias Foss sprinted to win stage 1 of the Tour of the Alps. The Norwegian beat favourites Chris Harper, Esteban Chaves and Ben O'Connor in Cortina. Tomorrow's stage 2 will be in Austria and feature the climb of the Gnadewald (7.4%) at 16kms from the finish.
