Filippo Ganna gave Ineos a third stage victory in the stage 18 Valladolid TT, Joao Almeida pulled back 10 seconds on Jonas Vinegegaard. Jay Vine was second at only one second slower. Ganna was 56.2 mph during the TT and covered the last four kilometres rocketing at 63 kph.
