Michael Woods broke away to win the dramatic and foggy stage 17 to the top of Balcon de Bizkaia. He becomes the second Canadian to win a stage in the Vuelta... Ryder Hesjedal did so in 2009 and 2014. A Canadian moment to be sure, eh.. Chapeau!
