The UAE Tour stage 1, (aka sprinters tour race), opened with a dead heat…
“I was not sure, I know that I did a good jump in the end, I know when I started my sprint it was still a good sprint, but then Ewan was coming from the rear and you know he is a dangerous guy if he is coming from behind. In the end, it was really close and we waited 15 minutes to see who won.”
