Here are some of my heroes from the Giro.
"By my very approximate figuring from the images spread across each of Stage 20's three master climbs, @natebrown0707 spent most of the climbing part of the today's race alone - hours and hours - except he wasn't alone. He had a police officer with him for most of that period - and the two made their way through that difficult finale together, one last day in the mountains done, just tomorrow's finale in Rome to go. That policeman now has a @rideargyle cycling caps as a little thank you."
