No signatures from Nairo Quintana as he will not be back to defend his title.
The Tour de la Provence will once again offer the GC deciding stage up to the mythical Mont Ventoux to Chalet Reynard. Ascending a total of 16 kilometers to the altitude of 1405 meters will be the finish of stage 3. Last year Nairo Quintana won here and would go on to win the race. Nairoman won't be back to defend but there will be a handful of riders that will challenge for the win.
