The Flemish Cycling Week continues tomorrow with the 75th edition of Dwars Door Vlaaderen. Only 184.1 kilometers this race falls short of the magical limit of 200 kilometers long with 13 hellingen and 4 cobblestone sections will favor the attackers.
Milan Sanremo champion, Jasper Stuyen may be able to start as he is 'low-risk contact' which means a negative test could be enough for him to participate. Trek-Segafredo missed Gent-Wevelgem due to two positive tests within the team. For now, there is still some uncertainty about their participation. BORA-Hansgrohe will not be at the start line as the team is in quarantine.
Notable non-starters are Zdenek Stybar missing from the Julian Alaphilippe led-wolfpack, Michael Matthews, and Sep Vanmarcke.
UPDATE: BORA-Hansgrohe team released from quarantine and will line up for Dwars door Vlaanderen.
