Aleksandr Vlasov pulled off a remarkable win on the final stage mountain time trial to overturn an 18-second deficit and win the Tour de Romandie GC. Vlasov topped the overalls standings by 50 seconds from runner-up Mader. Geschke trailed by 55 seconds in third place.
