Alvarado’s Redemption

Former world champion, Ceylon Del Carmen has had a couple of years of bad luck but the 2020 world champion has returned (after 21 months without a win) for a redemptive victory at the Jaarmarktcross. She now leads Denise Betsema in the Superprestige Series and the next round is Merksplas, Belgium

 on November 19.

"My last win was way too long ago, I had to wait a long time for it. Hopefully I've finally kicked things off and can now compete for the win every time. It was a tough race. The first half of the race was better for me, the second for Denise. Then in the final lap it was all or nothing. It was one lap full of speed."
