The cycling icon was one of the most successful road cyclists of the 80s,
and one of the finest classics riders of all time. From turning professional in 1977 until his retirement in 1994.
"The sacred monster of the cycling legend, Sean Kelly has just put an end to the most fruitful career of the 80s. On his track record: 189 victories including 11 classics, the Vuelta, the Grand Prix des Nations and 7 consecutive Paris-Nice! Faithful to the colors of his country, the Irishman also remains as the man in the green jersey, a trophy he brought home four times on the Champs-Élysées."
