Jay Vine has won the third stage of the Coppi e Bartali. UAE now has its 22nd victory of the season in less than three months. More important, Vine has conquered his own recent struggles. After a string of crashes and injuries, Vine went solo on the final climb, and extended his lead on the wet descent. Magnus Sheffield (INEOS Grenadiers) finished second and is the new overall leader.
