After no wins for three years, Guillaume Martin has taken his second victory in as many days at Tour du Jura in a thrilling finale on Mont Poupet known for its gruelling gradient fo 4.2 km at an a era age of 8.1%.  Martin was in contention with Clément Berthet (Decathlon AG2R La Mondiale), both riders had managed to break away from the peloton, setting the stage for a thrilling sprint finish. This marked the 22nd edition of the race and it served as the seventh round of the 2025 Coupe de France de cyclisme.

"I don't win often, it's been a while since I raised my arms, so we have to savor it!"

-Guillaume Martin. A most welcome win since when he won a stage and GC at the 2022 Tour de l'Ain.

Milan Fretin won the Ronde Van Limburg after a chaotic finish, where Biniam Girmay failed to pick up his first win of the season. Fretin has already won twice this season, things have not gone so well since the GP de Criquielion. He had a heavy fall there and since then the Belgian has been riding around with a minor shoulder injury. He didn't win again until today...

"Well, I always came fourth or fifth. That was frustrating, but I was really motivated to get on the podium today. Now I win, that's really great."
-Milan Fretin
