The Norwegian sprinter, Soren Waerenskjold won stage 2 of the Tour of Denmark to take his first win since Omloop Nieuwsblad. Mads Pedersen continues to lead the GC after his victory on the opening day.
"I had completely different legs today. Both my body and legs worked much better. We tried to position ourselves as well. We were a little further ahead than we had planned, with 700m left. It was better to be further ahead than too far behind,"
