Mats Wenzel on to short-lived glory
Stage three of the Vuelta a Espana was neutralised and then cancelled after a hailstorm meant racing was impossible on the final climb to Font Romeu, France.
Just moments after, Mats Wenzel (Kern Pharma) crossed the finish line in first place at Col de Mont-Louis, the stage has been cancelled due to adverse weather conditions.
